Developed this email series to effectively introduce customers to a brand they have just discovered or are interested in purchasing from. These emails shared brand stories, welcome notes from founders, introductory offers, and an overview of best-selling products to try first.
Abandoned Cart Flow
While encouraging the customer to pick up where they left off, these flows also reiterate the brands’ mission and the product quality and benefits. The focus was to invite the customer to start the checkout process so they could try out everything they’ve added to cart.

Crafted to remind the customer to finish the checkout process, these emails were focused on sharing additional product information, benefits, and exclusive offers at the final touchpoint for conversion.

From expressing gratitude to customers to sharing ritual restock reminders, these flows aimed to build a stronger connection, while also informing them why it’s important to stay stocked up on their favorite products. To entice them to try more from the brand, these emails were another opportunity to link-sell, offer an exclusive discount, or introduce them to auto-restock subscriptions.

It’s been a while since the customer has purchased, so this email flow is geared at intriguing the customer with an exclusive offer, a reminder about what our products can do for them, and product testimonials. This flow finds the perfect balance between rekindling the relationship with the customer and encouraging them to restock on items they’ve loved.
